Photocopiers & Copy Cards The Library has two photocopiers for patron use. Copies are $.15 cents per page/side, and the copiers accept coins, one dollar and five dollar bills. Copy Cards can be purchased in $10.00 and $20.00 denominations and reduce copy costs to $.10 cents per page.

Technology Center

Public Computers The Library has five computers available for patron use to conduct legal research. These computers can be used to access all of the Library’s online subscription databases, including Lexis, Westlaw, CEB OnLaw, Hein Online and Dissomaster. Each computer also has judicial council form software, access to the internet and printing capabilities. Sessions are limited to 30 minutes per use. Documents cannot be saved to Library computers, but patrons are allowed to use external storage devices. The computers utilize clean sweep technology, deleting any attempted downloads and files between use. A complete copy of the Library’s computer usage policy is available below.

Wireless Internet Access

The Library offers free wireless internet access. With a wireless-ready laptop, tablet, or smart phone, patrons can access the internet and many of our online subscription databases. Print capable devices can print to our network printers. The charge for printing is $.10 per page/side. Qualified Borrowers can access wireless internet through a unique router that offers faster speeds and more security. Ask staff for assistance getting this access.

USB Drives As a service to our patrons, the Library sells low cost USB (flash) drives for $5.00 each.

Fax Services Patrons at the Library can receive and send faxes. A fax transmission costs $1.00 per page if within the 209 area code and $1.50 per page if outside of the 209 area code. It costs $.50 to receive a fax. Fees are due at the time of transmission/reception.

Document Delivery The Library has document delivery services. If you have a citation for the material you are seeking contact us; we may be able to email or fax you that material. A fee may apply.

Printing Patrons are able to print at the Library from the public PCs or from their own laptops. There is a fee of $.10 per page/side to print. Below is a download for instructions for setting up your laptop to print while here at the Library. Please feel free to ask staff if you require assistance.
